1) Why do your delivery times vary on different products?
To provide our customers with the widest range of Party Themes available, we have suppliers in SA, UK and the USA. The delivery and despatch times therefore vary depending on which supplier we obtain the specific product from.
2) How long does delivery take and can you give an exact date of deivery?
Please check the item description which will give an estimatof how long the delivery and despatch will take. The items that we receive from our overseas suppliers may sometimes be held up in customs, a factor which we have no control over. We do promise to get your item to you as soon possible.
3) How does PARTY PALACE deliver the products?
There are 2 delivery options available:
*FREE normal registered post on purchases.
*Speed services via the post office is also available should you require a quicker delivery method.
4) Queries relating to an order.
Should you have placed an order and have a query regarding it, then please email us at sales@partypalace.co.za with your query and your order number in the subject line. We will answer your query within 24 hours of receiving it.
5) Can you assist me in getting items for a Party Theme that’s not on the site?
If you require a party theme that is not listed on our site, then please email us at sales@partypalace.co.za
with the name of the party theme and we will gladly try and source it for you.
6) Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes we do! Credit card payments are made through the local "Payfast" system. Please "check out" as normal and email us at sales@partypalace.co.za to let us know that you would like to make the payment with your credit card. Please include your reference number. We will send you a "Payfast" invoice which will enable you to make the payment with your credit card.
7) Do you have a shop that we can view the items at?
As our business is a web based store we do not have a shop to view the stock. However, should you have any questions regarding any of our items please email us and we will provide you with more detailed information as possible.
8) Where do you get your items from?
Due to the tremendous amount of non licensed items ("knock offs") that are available globally, we prefer to only get our items from established suppliers in the SA,UK and USA. You can be assured that any stock ordered from this site is the original and licensed product.
9) How often do you add new stock to your site?
We add new stock to our site on a weekly basis so feel free to visit our site often to see the new goodies.
10) Do I have to pay any other charges apart from the price of the item?
Besides the purchase amount and delivery charge, there are no custom fees or VAT to still pay on the items. We take care of all those fees so the price you see is the price you pay.
